I’m Christine Ballance, LCPC and I am the Founder and CEO of Brave Is Better. I am dedicated to creating calm, comfortable and safe spaces to explore mental health and create change. I help people solve problems by focusing on developing their strengths, resulting in happier and healthier lives. I am a licensed counselor and coach focused on helping you reach your goals.
My approach focuses on Holistic Wellness. Together we look at the areas of your life which are going well and work to strengthen them while also problem solving and creating solutions to the areas you would like to improve.
